🎾 Tennis Challenges
Tennis challenges on GymRank are goals with a deadline and a live leaderboard — built on verified activity, not promises. Every tennis session you log moves your position, and top finishers earn XP and badges. Here's what's open right now and how the format works.

How the format works
- Tennis challenges use session and duration goals: “play 16 times in two months”, “30 hours on court this season”, or consistency streaks across the week. Join a challenge and every verified court session advances your position on its live leaderboard.
- Sessions logged manually or synced from a wearable both count, with provider-synced data carrying the higher trust — the same fair-play standard as every GymRank sport.
Earn XP while you compete
- Verified sessions earn XP from time on court within daily caps; weekly rhythm and streaks add bonuses, and challenge completions pay their own rewards. Doubles nights count exactly like singles drills — activity is activity.
- XP lifts your athlete level while rating defines your tennis rank. Together they answer the classic club question — who actually plays the most? — with data instead of guesses.
